Highlights

Design, program, and support advanced audiovisual (AV) systems for teaching and learning spaces.

Serve as liaison between AV Integration team and University Networking for device configuration and compliance.
Provide tier 3 technical support and mentor support staff in troubleshooting complex AV systems.
Utilize centralized AV monitoring platforms including Crestron Fusion and Extron GlobalViewer.
Technical skills include expertise in Crestron and Extron control systems, network technologies like Dante and AV-over-IP, and design tools such as StarDraw, AutoCAD, and XTEN-AV.
Must have AVIXA CTS Certification or actively work towards obtaining it within 6 months of hire.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, engineering, or related field with at least 2 years of related experience.
Salary range is $85,857 - $92,000 annually, full-time with a Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm onsite schedule.
