Job Overview:
The AVP, Training Program Manager is responsible for coordinating and facilitating our new hire training program for support staff across multiple affiliation models. In addition, this individual will be responsible for gathering data and implementing feedback to continuously improve the program. This individual will also track data metrics to gauge program effectiveness and create executive summaries for leadership.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and facilitate our new hire training program for Support Staff across multiple affiliation models.
• Invite subject matter experts and guest speakers to participate and ensure they are prepared to present.
• Design, update, and maintain training materials including handouts, presentations and online resources.
• Collect data, assess learner progress, deliver feedback, and measure training effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and outcomes.
• Create executive summaries for senior leadership after each training cohort.
AVP, Training Program Manager Member FINRA/SIPC
• Create a community for each training cohort for ongoing peer support and networking encouraging engagement and participation.
• Partner closely with Regional Administrative Managers for ongoing feedback of trainees.
• Attend LPL firm-wide trainings and carefully review system updates to keep training information up-to- date.

Requirements:
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or equivalent).
• 3+ years of experience in the financial industry.
• 3+ years of experience working directly with financial advisors, branch and home office support teams.

Pay Range: 
$99,073-$165,122/year

 Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
