We are seeking a Clinical Training and Education Manager to build and scale a robust clinical training program from the ground up. This individual will design, implement, and manage a comprehensive training platform that ensures clinicians across in-person and virtual settings are equipped with the tools, skills, and knowledge to excel in their roles. The ideal candidate has experience in clinical education, thrives in a startup environment, and is passionate about empowering healthcare providers to maintain competencies and deliver high-quality care.
  • Program Development and Implementation:Build and launch a scalable clinical training program tailored for in-person and virtual clinicians. Develop core competencies, training protocols, and assessment frameworks for clinical roles. Collaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps, training needs, and priorities across the organization.
  • Content Creation and Delivery:Design engaging, evidence-based training materials, including presentations, manuals, videos, and e-learning modules. Develop standardized onboarding processes for clinicians to ensure role readiness from day one. Manage the delivery of live (virtual/in-person) and asynchronous training sessions.
  • Competency Management and Quality Assurance:Implement processes for competency assessments, skills validation, and continuing education.
