B2B Marketing Manager
As the marketing manager for BARBRI, Business to Business Marketing (B2B) for Professional Education (PE) you will work closely with our PE Marketing and Sales organizations, and other key groups across the company to develop a holistic B2B marketing strategy for BARBRI’s PE business.
You will employ marketing initiatives and branding efforts to achieve short-and long-term B2B goals. The ideal candidate has the right blend of digital marketing and B2B marketing expertise to be able to develop impactful marketing plans that drive awareness/preference, build brand differentiation, and drive engagement with law firms, law schools, corporations (Small/medium businesses (SMBs), government agencies and service providers.
This leader will develop digital and content marketing programs that drive sales leads and revenue. As a strong collaborator who builds positive relationships with others across all levels - below, peer, and above - and have experience in all facets of B2B marketing: growth and demand generation, content and brand, digital product marketing, events, and customer marketing.
More specifically, you will:
- Collaborate on and execute our Business-to-Business marketing strategy, with heavy emphasis on digital demand generation and content marketing
- Develop nurture campaigns and demand generation efforts to drive awareness and interest for B2B products
- Own the execution of our B2B marketing strategy, with a heavy emphasis on digital tools and programs
- Strategize with Sales leadership on marketing needs
- Develop the B2B customer journey within the BARBRI PE ecosystem
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners on marketing and design requests
- Support industry partnerships and events, and the Sales team's collateral and presentation needs
- Execute the brand cohesion of B2B programs and digital experiences
- Developing new and adaptive communication to known potential clients and existing clients
- Maintaining a communications plan to inform and educate potential and existing clients on product offerings.
- Lead monthly sales and marketing meetings to ensure alignment

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- Seven (7) years in the B2B marketing space preferrable working for law firms or in the corporate space.
- Ten (10) years overall professional experience
- Five (5) years experience driving digital demand lead generation through the digital marketing and the digital customer experience
- Five (5) years of brand strategy and brand marketing
- Background in legal education or law firm marketing or like industry would be a plus
