To support our growing business in India, we are hiring an Sales Manager (Medical/Pharma) Sector who will play a key role in managing and growing relationships with pharmaceutical organizations across the country and will operate remotely.

How are you creating an impact?
You will be responsible for building strong relationships with pharmaceutical customers, driving account growth, supporting renewals, and ensuring clients derive maximum value from McGraw Hill’s digital learning solutions. Working closely with Customer Success, Implementation, Product, and Marketing teams, you will help position McGraw Hill as a trusted learning and development partner within the pharmaceutical industry.

What will you be doing?
  • Manage and grow relationships with pharmaceutical organizations across India
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer engagement and account management activities
  • Build relationships with Learning & Development teams, Medical Affairs, Training Managers, and Procurement stakeholders
  • Conduct regular business reviews and strategic account discussions with customers
  • Identify opportunities to expand product adoption and increase user engagement within existing accounts
  • Support contract renewals, commercial discussions, and account retention initiatives
  • Monitor customer usage and engagement trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Partner with Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure successful onboarding and adoption of solutions
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to develop account growth strategies
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights to support business and product development initiatives
  • Maintain account plans, customer updates, and business performance reports

We are looking for someone having:
  • 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Enterprise Sales, or Relationship Management
  • Comfortable in traveling across India
  • Experience managing enterprise or institutional accounts
  • Exposure to the pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or learning solutions industry would be preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer relationship-building skills
  • Experience supporting renewals, account growth, and customer retention initiatives
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to translate customer data into actionable insights
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and business reporting tools
