Highlights

Serve as the primary point of contact for one of several assigned Illinois regions (northwestern, northeastern, or southern)
Coach educators and school teams in function-based, instructional approaches to behavior aligned with state and federal requirements
Partner with district personnel, project leadership, and state partners on training and technical assistance
Support districts in reducing reliance on exclusionary discipline and improving outcomes for students whose behavior interferes with learning
Deliver services through a combination of in-person and virtual formats, traveling regionally as needed
Requires a master’s degree in Special Education, School Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or a closely related field
Requires current professional licensure or certification in a behavior-related or special education field (e.g., LBS1, BCBA, School Psychologist)
Requires at least 5 years conducting FBAs and developing/implementing BIPs in PK-12 settings, plus 5 years of embedded, classroom-based instructional coaching experience
Pays $7,000–$8,600 per month based on geographic location, experience, and credentials, with health, dental, vision, and life insurance, retirement planning, tuition waivers, and paid holiday/administrative closures
