  • Requires current professional licensure or certification in a behavior-related or special education field (e.g., LBS1, BCBA, School Psychologist)
  • Requires at least 5 years conducting FBAs and developing/implementing BIPs in PK-12 settings, plus 5 years of embedded, classroom-based instructional coaching experience
  • Pays $7,000–$8,600 per month based on geographic location, experience, and credentials, with health, dental, vision, and life insurance, retirement planning, tuition waivers, and paid holiday/administrative closures
