  • Recruit, lead, and evaluate a team of two LOA staff, providing coaching and motivation.
  • Administer benefits related to employee or dependent deaths, bereavement, and community service leave programs.
  • Proficiency required in HRIS systems and advanced Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, data analysis).
  • Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in relevant fields and 5+ years of benefits administration experience including LOA and compliance, with strong knowledge of federal and state leave laws such as FMLA.
  • Salary range is $75,321 to $80,000 annually, full-time permanent position within UNC Charlotte's Human Resources department.
