  • Provide FMLA training and communication to faculty, staff, and supervisors; generate reports on leave usage and coordinate with Employee Relations and ADA Coordinator on complex cases.
  • Support wellness program events, including planning and promotion of benefits fairs and seminars.
  • Provide backup support for the Benefits Manager including retirement processing and vendor liaison duties (e.g., BCBS, EyeMed, TIAA, Fidelity).
  • Required qualifications include an associate's degree or equivalent work experience, and at least three years in related benefits or FMLA administration roles.
  • Preferred qualifications include bachelor’s degree, certifications such as CEBS, CBP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP, and experience with the SAP system.
  • Annual salary of $60,000 with full-time benefits; partial remote/telecommute option available.
