The Position  | Applications are currently being accepted for Bond Program Senior Accounting Technician in the Special Funds department of the Finance and Business Services Division, located at the District Office.

This position will support the Bond Program Accounting Supervisor in the successful execution and ongoing implementation of Measure HH bonds. This is a restricted position and may continue contingent upon grant funding.

Hours are Monday – Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Selected candidate must be willing to adjust work days/hours based on the department’s needs.

Please note that an employee may be transferred to any site at the option of the Chancellor.

Desired Qualifications  | The following are preferred but not required:
Experience in construction, projects, and interpreting contracts and schedules. Highly proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables; and PeopleSoft Accounting software experience is a plus. Experience in Bond Measures. Effective communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Foreign Degree:  | Applicants with foreign degrees from colleges or universities outside of the United States must have their coursework evaluated by a professional association that is a member of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) or Academic Credentials Evaluation Institute, INC.(ACEI).
