  • Manage project planning, schedules, and stakeholder collaboration to achieve system deliverables on time.
  • Coordinate with IT staff to ensure integration with other enterprise systems and maintain user security.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshoot issues within the Budget Planning Enterprise System.
  • Develop and deliver end-user training and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and processes.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau required; strong budgeting, finance, or accounting background needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, computer science, IT, or related field plus at least 2 years relevant experience required.
  • Preferred experience includes OneStream platform development and implementation, budget management across multiple funding sources, and customer relationship management.
