Highlights

Coordinate financial operations and budget management for Enrollment Services.
Develop and analyze financial status reports and prepare project budgets and cash flow analysis.
Reconcile budget and accounting records for institutional funds and student transactions monthly and annually.
Create PowerPoint presentations and reports using Excel features such as V/H lookups, pivot tables, and macros.
Manage travel authorizations, expense reports, personnel paperwork, and service work orders.
Maintain confidentiality and serve as liaison to internal and external Enrollment Services customers.
Required skills: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word; mathematical reconciliation; financial reporting; strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; minimum three years' experience in complex administrative support; demonstrated budget preparation and analysis experience.
Preferred: Master's degree, experience in higher education, and familiarity with student/business enterprise systems such as PeopleSoft, Oracle, or Banner.
Compensation: Anticipated hiring salary range of $55,000 to $70,000, full-time permanent exempt position at Grade Level 10.
