As a Business Analyst on the Actively Learn platform, you will play a vital role in delivering innovative solutions that empower educators and inspire students. Join a team dedicated to transforming teaching and learning experiences through thoughtful product design, innovative solutions, and quality execution. You will bridge the gap between technical teams, product leadership, customers, and content teams. By gathering requirements, managing workflows, and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery, you will directly contribute to impactful learning experiences and efficient solutions for teachers. Your ability to prioritize, organize, and communicate effectively will enable agile teams to deliver solutions that truly make a difference for our users.
This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States. This is a Project Status Worker (PSW) role with and end date of 07/15/2026.
What you will be doing:
- Collaborate with product leadership, marketing, content authors, and customers to identify and synthesize user feedback. Conduct competitive analysis, review usage analytics, and leverage customer interaction data to inform product decisions.
- Establish project goals aligned with the product strategy and vision, while setting clear milestones to ensure incremental and consistent value delivery.
- Maintain and prioritize an organized backlog, balancing scope, tradeoffs, and stakeholder needs.
- Partner across functional groups with Program Managers and Engineering Leads tomanage dependencies, promote team health, and unlock delivery.
- Oversee end-to-end digital experiences, meet SLAs for defect triage, and ensure high technical quality.
- Lead rollout strategies, create documentation, and provide training support to maximize user outcomes and adoption.
What you’ll need to be successful:
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner, leading Agile software teams and delivering quantifiable outcomes for your users.
- Proven track record of solving complex user challenges and shipping user-centered products at scale.
- Ability to grasp underlying technical design and articulate product requirements—whether UI workflows or API endpoints—in terms engineers can immediately act on.
- Exceptional communicator, able to translate technical concepts for varied audiences.
- A natural ability to work across teams and foster alignment among diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and conflict-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Passion for or experience in educational technology and K-12 markets.
- Experience with enterprise-scale or platform software.

The pay range for this position is between $95,000 - $110,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. An annual bonus plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered. Click
