Core Responsibilities
The Business Analytics Manager is a vital member of the Key Accounts team, helping to drive flawless execution of the business plan and key growth initiatives. In addition to supporting the delivery of the retail business plan, other primary responsibilities include:
- Analyzing shipments and consumer sales data to advise business decisions.
- Blending historical data from available internal and external (customer) reporting as input to analysis supporting customer collaboration.
- Identifying and analyzing macro and micro performance trends at customer and channel level in the SBU to generate actionable insights.
- Collaborating with other areas of the business for added perspective (e.g., Market Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, Analytics & Insights).
- Building, modifying and updating customer dashboards reporting performance on key metrics and trends.
- Other ad hoc commercial analytics may include inventory analytics, assortment analytics, space (physical/virtual) analytics, claims analysis, etc.
- Providing valuable insights gleaned from available data sources to the broader team to drive decisions and actions.

The Key Accounts organization is responsible for running our business with key, strategic national and regional customers that provide access to shopper/consumer audiences, driving recruitment and active share growth for our brand. The team is commercially responsible for driving the LEGO Group business with external retailers in alignment with business plans and growth expectations.
The Key Account team focuses on:
- Delivering on our Brand Mission to Inspire and Develop the Builders of Tomorrow, by capturing Active Share through key channel activation
- Delivering commercial momentum by reaching more shoppers / consumers with innovative programs
- Aligning our distribution to our portfolio strategy by focusing on shopper needs to deliver our product through world class experience. This is particularly important as we enter new product categories.
Do you have what it takes?
- Experience in a data analytics role within consumer-packaged goods or retail sales.
- Track record of versatility, flexibility and an ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Clear data storytelling ability in a retail context.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively interpret trends and think criticality to challenge the status quo.
- High-level of integrity, enthusiasm with a presence that fits a fast-paced, energetic and collaborative organization
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerBI
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with high attention to detail
- Demonstrates a strong curiosity and dedication to ongoing improvement
Relocation
There is no relocation budget for this role.

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $113,000 - $169,500 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
