  • Interact with department personnel to obtain fund source details for purchases, travel, and expense reimbursements.
  • Reconcile travel charges using internal databases and University Cornerstone applications such as Expense Management, RU Marketplace, and Financial Management.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and review accounts for correct postings.
  • Prepare Journal Entries using proper departmental accounts.
  • Act as backup for processing purchase orders, requisitions, travel reimbursements, and human resources procedures.
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience demonstrating knowledge of accounting, finance, business administration, or bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Compensation range is $20 to $27 per hour.
  • Position is part-time, 30 hours per week, with temporary staff appointment on an hourly basis.
  • Works within the GSAPP - Douglass Developmental Disabilities Center.
