Highlights

  • Lead enterprise-wide financial reporting for University Finance and Administration, ensuring accuracy and integrity of reports.

  • Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot reports using Oracle reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, OAC, Smart View, FRS), Oracle SQL, and Tableau.

  • Manage and prioritize reporting requests using Jira/ServiceNow, oversee team deliverables, and coordinate with OIT and functional stakeholders.

  • Supervise and mentor the reporting team, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of Oracle ERP modules and financial data flows including Chart of Accounts, General Ledger, Sub-ledger, Projects (PPM), Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.

  • Ensure data integrity and alignment of financial reports with budget, accounting principles, and institutional requirements.

  • Lead report testing during Oracle quarterly updates to guarantee functionality and accuracy.

  • Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science or related field; 5+ years in financial/operational reporting; 4+ years in a finance environment.

  • Required technical skills: hands-on experience with Oracle reporting tools, Oracle SQL, Tableau, BI Publisher Template Builder, and report development in complex finance environments.

  • Salary range: $108,670 to $166,424, with final offer based on qualifications, experience, and available funding.
