As a Business Partner Key Accounts within Our LEGO Agency, you will be the
internal Agency Business Partner working with our Key Accounts Team, to deliver strategic and creative work that is invincible! You have a track record of working with Key Accounts, in both online and offline commerce, with a strong specialism in shopper, retail, e-commerce and experiences.
Core Responsibilities:
- Blending storytelling and commerce to create seamless, connected experiences that meet consumers and shoppers where they are, building brand loyalty and driving business success.
- Leading integrated, strategic and creative excellence with internal and external partners, including account retail marketing teams
- Commercial problem solvers: We’re the business knowledge center within the agency – helping our teams focus on the opportunities and work that will deliver for briefs and for the business
- Work with global counterparts to ensure campaign cohesiveness
- Onboard, evaluate and create briefs, while working with Project Management to ensure projects are delivered on time and on brief
- Collaborate with partners across the organization as well as externally, building best in class creative partnerships with key accounts
- Utilizing retailer and shopper insights to craft engaging narratives that connect with relevant audiences, indirectly lead teams through project life cycles to ensure Agency output delivers against objectives
- Opportunity Identifiers: With strategy, create a pipeline of opportunities or support business needs / challenges to bring to marketing
- Business Goal Accountable: The voice of the marketers in the agency; accountable for output that is strategic and deliver against objectives
- Creative Champions helping ensure creative ideas land in the best way while bringing context of organizational landscape

Like an account manager at an external advertising agency, this role is the
liaison between our Marketing Partners and the internal Agency (Strategic, Creative and Project management teams).
The Business Partner is Marketing’s trusted advisor and acts as the voice of marketing in the internal LEGO Agency. This role has a specific focus on our retail marketers operating in collaborations with our sales teams.
Do you have what it takes?
- Established background working with a digital shopper agency
- Ability to evaluate creative ideas against a business objective & creative brief
- Marketing experience, with extensive background in Account Management
- Demonstrated strong skillset in: interpersonal relations, communication, diplomacy, leadership, presentation and collaboration skills
- Strong Understanding of our business & marketplace – To drive teams to reach our business goals
- Mastery of the marketing creative process (strategy, creative, production) as well as Owned, Earned, Shared, and Paid marketing channel approach and mix
- Understanding of retail shopper insights and touchpoint mix

- This role is a Manager level role based at 1001 Boylston St. in Boston, MA.

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $100,906.00 - $151,360.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
