Highlights

  • Lead and manage Business Process Management group, setting standards, training, and evaluating staff.
  • Oversee business process analysis and improvements to streamline operations within Academic Affairs.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Banner ERP, Tableau, and SQL queries for decision support.
  • Ensure data integrity through validation, exception reporting, and documentation management.
  • Provide functional and technical support, training, and communication for end-users and stakeholders.
  • Use relational databases including MS SQL Server and Oracle; write complex SQL statements.
  • Strong project management, leadership, and analytical skills required.
  • Preferred experience includes university environment, Banner ERP, Tableau, program evaluation, and executive collaboration.
  • Minimum qualifications: Master's degree with 2 years experience or Bachelor’s with 4 years in relevant areas.
  • Salary range: $106,000 - $126,000 annually.
