Designs and maintains complex financial aid reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support processing and decision-making.
Develops system documentation, training materials, and coordinates communication related to system changes.
Monitors regulatory and technological changes affecting financial aid and advises leadership on needed modifications.
Represents Financial Aid on institutional committees related to SIS, reporting, and data governance, promoting data privacy and security.
Requires proficiency with SQL and experience in report writing; familiarity with Ellucian Banner software and related tools preferred.
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least two years in IT project leadership or data systems analysis, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
The position offers a salary of $55,890 annually and requires authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
