Description:

The Business Systems Analyst I for the Human Resources Divsions supports efforts to ensure that information systems support meets departmental objectives and information management needs. Acts as system Administrator, handles configuration and administration of iCIMS ATS system, ensuring optimal performance and streamlined recruiter workflows.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Works closely with departmental customers to conduct business analysis and identify business objectives and requirements.
  • Collects information to assist in the development of technology plans and strategies.
  • Assists in planning and implementing systems related projects.
  • Supports customer satisfaction by monitoring the delivery of ongoing information services to designated clients.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Five years of position specific subject matter knowledge and/or experience in planning and applying information technology to one or more business functions.
  • Or a bachelor's degree and three years of position specific subject matter knowledge and/or experience in planning and applying information technology to one or more business functions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Enterprise Platform Knowledge: Peoplesoft, iCIMS and/or a strong proficiency in Workday or Oracle Cloud HCM ecosystems.
  • HR Domain Expertise: Proven experience in HR business processes and Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.
  • Data Proficiency: Technical ability to perform data analysis and reporting using SQL or similar query-writing fundamentals.
  • Technical Agility: A self-starter with a demonstrated track record of rapidly mastering new SaaS platforms and emerging technologies.

NOTE: This role will be granted the opportunity to work from home regularly but must be able to commute to Emory University location as needed.  Emory reserves the right to change this status with notice to employee.
