  • Minimum three years of desktop support experience including hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Must work evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call duty on a rotational basis.
  • Preferred certifications include CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, or VMware Certified Technical Associate.
  • Salary range: $38.19 to $66.49 per hour.
