We are seeking a highly creative, organized, strategic, and collaborative Campaign Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. Every day you will make a difference in the lives of others by leading the planning, ideation, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns that support ASU Online program enrollment, brand awareness, and learner engagement.
The Campaign Marketing Manager is a strategic thinker and proactive problem-solver—someone who can spot opportunities, shape ideas, and guide campaigns from concept through execution and performance reporting. You will serve as the orchestrator across content, creative, social, communications, paid media, and analytics partners, ensuring campaigns move forward with clarity, consistency, and alignment to the overall vision. From kickoff through launch, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners to bring ideas to life and ensure campaigns deliver measurable impact.

Essential Duties:
- Own and lead the end-to-end planning, ideation, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, serving as the primary driver of strategy and delivery.
- Serve as the central point of contact for campaign stakeholders, ensuring alignment, clarity, and cohesion across all teams involved.
- Collaborate closely with Creative Services and Content teams to brainstorm concepts, contribute ideas, refine messaging, and support creative directions that resonate with target audiences.
- Translate campaign strategy into clear, actionable plans, timelines, scopes, and deliverables that guide cross-functional partners.
- Lead cross-functional campaign workstreams and guide collaborators through timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and decision points.
- Ensure assets and messaging are on-brand, accurate, and optimized for channel best practices.
- Provide informal guidance to Marketing Campaign Coordinators who support campaign execution.
- Facilitate campaign brief development, ensuring clarity of goals, audience definition, messaging, and KPIs.
- Track progress, identify risks, proactively solve problems, and keep teams informed to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Lead campaign performance reporting, partnering with analytics teams to interpret insights, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Maintain clear documentation and establish repeatable workflows that support campaign operations.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying optimization opportunities based on data and performance patterns.
- Stay current on marketing operations best practices, tools, and platform capabilities and bring forward innovative ideas.
- Assume or coordinate other duties or projects as assigned or directed.
NOTE: This is not a fully remote position. Must be able to reliably commute to Scottsdale, Arizona.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns in a collaborative, fast-paced environment; agency experience welcomed.
- Experience serving as a project lead, guiding cross-functional teams through planning, execution and delivery while balancing multiple timelines and priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to organize complex projects, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Evidence of a strong understanding of marketing channels (email, paid media, social, web, content) and how they work together within integrated campaigns.
- Experience contributing to campaign briefs, timelines, and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret data, identify trends, and use insights to inform decision-making.
- Demonstrated proficiency with project management tools such as Airtable, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Evidence of excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Evidence of curiosity, adaptability, and enthusiasm for mission-driven marketing and learner success.
- Demonstrated willingness to take on new responsibilities as campaign strategies evolve.
