Posting Summary
Provide high level project management services for UVM Cancer Center internally and philanthropically funded awards. This includes the management of review committees, notification of funding allocations to awardees, and tracking projects through end of funds. Work collaboratively with finance partners to steward funding and partner with the office of sponsored projects (SPA) when projects include sub-awards to external institutions.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalence to 3-5 years of related experience with project management, including budgeting, in a highly collaborative, deadline-driven environment. In addition, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task are required.

Perform duties with high levels of independence and autonomy, independently manage complex processes with strict deadlines, work to achieve operational targets, and maintain flexibility to reprioritize.
Desirable Qualifications
Previous experience working in teams with diverse professional backgrounds, ability to independently reprioritize, and interest in developing new departmental processes for project management.
Anticipated Pay Range $68,000 - $78,000
