Job Summary  | The Graham Office of Career Management is seeking a Career Development Associate to support Gatton College of Business & Economics undergraduate students in building the skills and confidence needed for career success. In this role, you’ll provide one-on-one and group advising on career readiness topics, facilitate workshops, and contribute to career development programming and outreach across Gatton. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ professional journeys while growing your own skills in coaching, program coordination, and employer engagement.

The Gatton College of Business and Economics is nearing its 100th anniversary. Over that time, we have been preparing principled leaders for the global economy, producing high quality, influential research, and supporting economic growth in Kentucky and beyond.
