Oakland University is hiring a Career and Life Design Coach - SECS. The role involves providing transformative career and life design coaching to help students navigate their transition to college and achieve First Destination Success. The coach supports career and life design programs, maintains relationships with academic partners, and researches current and future career-related trends for students and alumni.

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience in corporate relations, college recruiting, career advising, and career coaching skills required.
Must possess excellent organizational, analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
Local travel required; valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary.
Salary offered is $54,302 annually.
