Job Summary  | The Director of the Stuckert Career Center provides strategic leadership and operational oversight, managing staff, budgets, and key partnerships to advance student success. The role emphasizes building strong relationships across campus, employers, and community stakeholders, while ensuring high-quality service delivery to students, alumni, and employers. Key responsibilities include staff development, assessment and reporting, and coordination of career programming such as fairs and exploration initiatives. The position requires strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement skills to balance operational efficiency with student-centered outcomes.

From a student-centered framework, our practice will be grounded in peer-reviewed literature, national best practices, and data-informed decision making.
