Develop curriculum and course content for online/in-person instructor-led career development courses for UK employees; teach and assess clients. Create specialized career development workshops for departments as requested; teach and facilitate.

Preferred Education/Experience | Prefer candidates with Masters level studies in Counseling, Human Resources, Higher Education backgrounds.

ICF coaching certifications or other relevant coaching certifications may be appropriate. Prefer candidates with career-related assessment certifications such as MBTI and Strong Interest Inventory certifications.
