Physical Requirements  | The physical requirements of this position will include occasionally lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects up to 50lbs; standing or walking with objects up to 10lbs; regularly working at a computer workstation for extended periods of time with repetitive motions (such as typing); and intermittent (10%) job-related travel.
Shift  | Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm; may include some evenings, nights and weekends per departmental needs.

Job Summary  | Provide individual career counseling for UK staff employees for professional and career development. Develop curriculum and course content for online/in-person instructor-led career development courses for UK employees; teach and assess clients. Create specialized career development workshops for departments as requested; teach and facilitate.
Evaluates Program Effectiveness, Assessment & Evaluation, Plan and Ensure Career Development Program’s strategic alignment with HR & UK strategic plans.

Preferred Education/Experience  | Prefer candidates with Masters level studies in Counseling, Human Resources, Higher Education backgrounds.

ICF coaching certifications or other relevant coaching certifications may be appropriate.
