SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for setting the company’s overall financial strategy, ensuring fiscal discipline, and driving operational efficiency. The CFO provides strategic financial leadership to the executive team and the Board, while overseeing all aspects of accounting, financial planning, treasury, compliance, and investor relations.

LOCATION
100% Remote - Anywhere within the US

RESPONSIBILITIES
● Lead financial strategy to align with company objectives, long-term growth, and shareholder value creation.
● Oversee FP&A and reporting, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling to support executive decision-making
● Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and audit requirements across global operations.
● Implement and optimize systems and controls to ensure scalability, accuracy, and efficiency.
● Provide strategic insights by translating financial data into actionable recommendations for business leaders.
● Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success to align financial goals with revenue drivers.
● Manage capital structure, including cash flow, investments, debt, and fundraising activities.
● Build and lead high-performing teams, mentoring finance staff and developing future leaders.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
● Private Equity experience, MBA or CPA, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
● 10+ years progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a senior executive role
● Proven track record in FP&A, treasury, investor relations, and compliance
● Experience managing global, multi-currency operations
● Transaction experience (M&A, fundraising, IPO, or exit events)
● Deep experience in SaaS or technology-driven businesses
● Strong fluency with ERP, BI, and financial automation tools
