Primary Purpose
The Chief of Staff, Growth (Vice President, Growth Strategy & Operations) will lead the core business functions that support how we grow. This role is responsible for building and running the structure behind our revenue strategy — including analytics & insights, B2B marketing, growth operations, and go-to-market planning. This leader will help us sharpen our commercial strategy, improve how we execute, and make sure the right teams have the right tools, insights, and support to grow effectively.

This position reports to the Chief Development Officer and partners closely with leaders in Sales, Account Management, Product, Finance, and Marketing. The ideal candidate is a builder who can turn strategy into process, set priorities, and lead a team of directors to deliver outcomes that move the business forward.

This Hybrid role requires in-person work at our Newton, MA headquarters.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

Analytics and Market Insights
  • Oversee the sales forecasting process in partnership with Sales, Finance, and Product
  • Lead a team responsible for pipeline analytics, win/loss reviews, and performance diagnostics to inform territory strategy and GTM decisions
  • Drive strategic market segmentation (industry, geography, buying behavior)
  • Manage competitor intelligence and prospect Voice of Customer (VoC) programs
  • Own preparation of key materials for Growth QBRs and executive-level reviews

B2B Marketing
  • Oversee B2B marketing strategy and execution across digital, events, and broker channels
  • Lead a team that develops and maintains sales collateral, pitchbooks, and broker engagement tools
  • Manage proposal development process in collaboration with Sales and Product
  • Ensure alignment of messaging with commercial strategy and field feedback

Growth Operations
  • Oversee sales enablement tools, CRM management, and sales project management
  • Coordinate with Sales Engineering on complex deal structuring and solution support
  • Collaborate with Sales on quota design, incentive alignment, and field team processes

Growth Operating Model
  • Drive the commercial operating cadence (Growth QBRs, pipeline reviews, strategic planning cycles)
  • Lead strategic growth planning calendar and ensure alignment of goals, KPIs, and progress tracking
  • Lead development of pricing and packaging frameworks for all products and sales channels
  • Partner with Product and Sales to create compelling, market-aligned commercial offers
  • Analyze pricing performance and optimize monetization strategy across customer segments
  • Develop executive dashboards and reports on key revenue-driving initiatives

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree Related discipline, such as business - Required
  • 10+ years of experience in growth operations, strategy, sales, analytics, finance, or marketing - Required
