The Impact you will have in this role:

As a member of the Enterprise Client Operations team, the Client Learning Designer will support the design and development of learning solutions for clients and internal teams. In this role, you will contribute to the creation of training materials and learning assets using established instructional design principles, templates, and team standards. Working with more experienced team members, SMEs, trainers, and stakeholders, you will help translate business and learner needs into clear, accessible learning content. This role provides an opportunity to build instructional design, curriculum development, and learning technology skills while supporting consistent, high-quality training experiences that help clients use DTCC products effectively.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

Support the development of engaging and interactive training materials using established instructional design models and templates.
Assist in creating storyboards, scripts, simulations, assessments, and other learning content, ensuring materials follow agreed design standards and project requirements.
Collaborate with team members, SMEs and content contributors to apply instructional design best practices.
Support project timelines by tracking assigned tasks, milestones, and deliverables to help ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Work with SMEs, trainers, and stakeholders to gather input, clarify requirements, and support content validation.
Participate in the review of learning data to monitor learner engagement, performance, and knowledge retention.
Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately

Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design / Learning & Development, or a related field; preferred or equivalent experience

Talents Needed for Success:

1–2 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, training coordination, content development, or a related learning role.
Basic knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning concepts, or curriculum development practices.
Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia, with willingness to build proficiency.
Basic understanding of Learning Management Systems or content management platforms is preferred.
