Yourway is seeking a mission-driven, detail-oriented Client Success Manager to lead
successful onboarding, implementation, and ongoing engagement for schools and
districts using our Yourway platform. This role is ideal for someone who blends
experience in education and edtech with a passion for helping educators adopt
innovative tools that save time and empower their teaching.

  • Location: NYC-based with travel to other regions up to 20% of the time
  • Compensation: Base Compensation is $85,000-$95,000

Job Summary
The Client Success Manager will serve as the primary point of implementation contact
for specific school and district clients primarily located in New York City, the NYC metro
area and other clients throughout the U.S. As the implementation contact for clients,
you’ll guide clients through the entire lifecycle of their Yourway implementation —from
onboarding to renewal. You’ll design and deliver implementation sessions aligned with
district goals and Yourway’s core features, build custom AI-powered tools and
assistants tailored to client needs, and contribute to the development of ready-made
tools that support platform-wide adoption. You’ll also collaborate with Sales, Product,
and Marketing to ensure that every client’s experience drives both educational impact
and long-term retention.

Core Responsibilities
  • Client Success Strategy & Reporting
    • Develop and execute strategies that drive onboarding, adoption, and retention aligned to client KPIs.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership to ensure efforts support broader company goals.
    • Monitor client success metrics (adoption, usage, satisfaction, retention) and recommend interventions to boost impact and mitigate churn.
  • Implementation Planning & Project Management
    • Lead client implementation using clear project plans, timelines, and communication checkpoints.
    • Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely onboarding.
    • Use project management tools to track deliverables and keep clients
      engaged.
    • Design and deliver engaging whole-group implementation sessions
      aligned with district goals and the Yourway platform.
    • Tailor professional learning to support each client’s instructional priorities.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Serve as the implementation contact for a portfolio of clients, guiding them from onboarding through renewal.
    • Translate district/school planning discussions into actionable implementation steps in partnership with the Sales team.
    • Proactively address client concerns, escalating issues and coordinating internal responses to mitigate risks.
    • Identify opportunities for renewal and expansion within existing accounts.
    • Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, milestones, and progress.
  • Client Facing Asset Development & Enablement
    • Build custom Yourway tools and assistants tailored to client goals, and contribute to the development of ready-made tools that scale across the platform.
    • Design and deliver high-quality, client-facing assets and training materials to support onboarding, implementation, and adoption.
    • Ensure all tools reflect strong pedagogical practices and help educators
      save time and enhance instructional impact.

Qualifications:
  • Experience creating and delivering professional development sessions for educators
  • Former teacher or administrator with a deep understanding of K–12 school environments, familiarity with NYC school systems (NYCPS and/or charters) a plus
  • Experience in client success or sales at an edtech company
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with districts and superintendents
  • Ability to commute to NYC and the tri-state area during school hours (7AM–4PM) as needed
  • Willingness to travel outside of the NYC area 10-20% of the time
  • Familiarity with AI prompting for educational content creation
  • Proven project management experience across multiple client accounts
  • Experience managing and interpreting client KPIs and performance data
  • Confident facilitator with experience delivering professional development to educators
  • Must not have been employed by NYC Public Schools (NYCPS) within the past 12 months
  • Comfortable working remotely with a distributed team
  • Proficient with Slack & Google Suite
  • Experience creating support content like how-to videos, training decks, or knowledge base articles, a plus

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary begins at $85,000+ range and increases based on experience
