The Clinical Training Manager oversees the training, onboarding, and ongoing education of clinical and non-clinical Care Management staff with a focus on utilization management workflows and the effective use of clinical information systems, including Jiva. This role ensures high-quality performance by building staff competency, supporting system adoption, and aligning training programs with organizational and departmental goals.

As a working manager, this position provides hands-on training, manages training initiatives, develops content, and supports performance improvement in partnership with clinical leadership. The manager also serves as a key liaison with IT, system administrators, and quality teams to ensure training materials reflect current workflows, compliance requirements, and system updates.

Education:
Nursing degree, Healthcare Administration, or a related clinical healthcare field (preferred)
AA degree in an allied health professional field (required)
Licensure:
§  Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license (preferred) can be active or non-active but must be in good standing.
§  Allied health professional background (PT/OT/SLP etc.) (minimum requirement).

Experience:
§  Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare delivery or medical management
§  At least 5 years of experience in utilization management or related medical management roles
§  Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical staff training and education.
§  Experience with clinical systems (e.g., Jiva, Epic, InterQual/MCG) and utilization management required.
* Minimum 2 years of supervisory/leadership roles within healthcare.

Training Program Development & Delivery
§  Lead the design and delivery of comprehensive onboarding and training programs for new and existing staff across clinical and non-clinical roles.
§  Act as a liaison between Care Management and IT/System Administrators to address training needs, system issues, and functionality improvements.

Compensation and Benefits:
This role is a remote role within the United States.  Cost of Labor by city and state is taken into consideration:
$95k - $115,000
