Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. Your hiring manager will discuss this role's specific work requirements with you during the hiring process. All work requirements are subject to change at any time based on leader discretion and/or business need.
The Opportunity
As the National Training Manager for the field training specialists, you will have the opportunity to drive cultural change through the organization and contribute to cultural change throughout the Ally enterprise. You will lead complex projects of varying scope as member, aligns learning solutions to business requirements using adult learning theories and design processes, and direct project management methodologies to ensure project completion according to requirements. Location: remote in the U.S. (near a major airport)
The Work Itself
- Responsible for the sales enablement programs that support the field sales teams through support and partnership
- Coordinator for employee talents that respond to specific field sales needs
- Leadership partner guiding dealer-facing sales enablement program development and partner in planning for their education/execution by field sales and training staff
- Drivers of cultural change management at the ground level and prioritizing workflow for success.
- Directs the activities of groups in multiple disciplines across multiple lines of business. Requires complete functional knowledge and awareness of company goals and objectives. Requires the ability to influence others to achieve results.
- Responsible for leading, managing, and developing others, including coaching on facilitation. Applies business knowledge and Enterprise goals into strategic activities, executes strategies and methods in alignment with Enterprise goals.
- Demonstrates influence across multiple lines of business. Trusted and valued business partner; seen as leader both internally and externally; frequently sought out as a subject matter expert; strong and proven track record of results and credibility; maintains confidentiality; acts with integrity
- Incorporates the role of learning into business plans and strategies; takes appropriate actions and influences business response and strategy; contributes to the input of Enterprise strategies and organizational philosophy
- May require travel in the US as needed with the possibility for international travel to train vendor partners (approximately 40-50% travel).
The Skills You Bring
- Candidate must be based in any US city near airport due to travel requirements (up to 75% travel)
- Bachelor's degree in related field strongly preferred, MBA is ideal.
- Demonstrate experience in instructional design preferred.
- 5+ years in customer service or financial services industry preferred.
- Ability to provide advice and direction in primary areas of expertise.
- Ability to contribute and manage projects providing advice/direction in primary areas of expertise.
- Technical knowledge and ability to influence others.

Base Pay Range: $90000 - $150000 USD
An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.
Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
