College Access Manager
Location: Glen Allen, VA (Innsbrook) | Full-time (In-person with 1-2 remote days a week)
Reports To: Senior Director of Programs
Salary Range: $45,000–$52,000

high-achieving students across the Richmond region.

Partnership for the Future is a college access and success program serving more than 500 students each
year. Our mission is to prepare high-achieving high school students for success in college and beyond.
PFF primarily serves first-generation, low-income students, and our comprehensive year-round program
ensures students have the tools and confidence to graduate from college with a launching pad into
successful careers.

What You’ll Do

As College Access Manager, you will:
• Coach 70-80 high school students build a strong college resume, identify top-choice colleges,
and understand the college admissions process.
• Lead workshops for students and families on admissions and personal development.
• Plan enrichment activities and accompany students on college tours.
• Stay ahead of admissions trends to give students the best competitive edge.
• Build meaningful relationships with students, families, and community partners.

What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree required; two or more years working with high school or college students preferred.
• Experience supporting first-generation and economically disadvantaged students is strongly desired.
• Strong communication, organization, and mentoring skills.
• A team player who can also manage projects independently.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Compensation & Benefits
• Salary range: $45,000–$52,000 (commensurate with experience).
