This role involves guiding approximately 350 rural high school students through various post-secondary pathways including college, technical certificates, apprenticeships, military, and direct workforce entry by using a hybrid model of in-school, virtual, and surge visit advising.

Serve as the KSCAC College Advisor for a three-school rural Kansas cluster under the Fabricating Futures initiative.
Advise students primarily in grades 9-12 through college applications, financial aid, career exploration, and employer connections.
Work schedule includes three in-school anchor days, one virtual advising day, and one flex/administrative day per week.
Requires a bachelor's degree and a valid driver's license; experience working in rural communities preferred.
Use technology tools including a laptop, Microsoft 365, and the d3 platform for virtual advising and case management.
Compensation ranges from $16.36 to $20.44 per hour.
Strong communication and organization skills essential for multi-site, light-remote supervision work.
Experience with K-12 education, virtual instruction, or advising preferred.
Must reside in the US with no sponsorship eligibility provided; hub workspace located within reasonable commuting distance of cluster schools.
Cluster schools include Caney Valley, Sedan, and Hamilton High Schools with hub options in Coffeyville, Independence, or Pittsburg.
