This position serves as the primary student enrollment liaison for college partnerships (with high schools, early middle colleges, non-profits, businesses, and community organizations) and assigned special cohorts. The position coordinates the enrollment process, supports student success, manages program logistics, and oversees data reporting. This position works to achieve three priorities: (1) Student Success, (2) Healthy Partnerships, and (3) Partnership Growth. This position is funded with grant funding and shall not be continued beyond the life of such funding.  No continuing employment rights are implied. Renewal of grant is expected.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:
·       
Collaboration & Success: Foster relationships with partnership staff, students, and parents, collaborating for enhanced student success in college partnership/assigned cohort programs. Maintain proactive communication and outreach activities. Fulfill partnership commitments and improve operations in support of student success.·     
 Student Engagement: Coordinate student engagement activities for college partnership/assigned cohort participants including recruitment activities, registration events, success seminars, partnership site visits, student orientations, college visits/tours, success check-ins, skill-building programs, and social/networking events.·     
Testing Collaboration: Collaborate with the WCC Testing Center to arrange for partnership participant assessment testing when needed. Monitor academic placement score results and work with partners to develop interventions and opportunities to improve student outcomes and access to college partnership programs.·       
Enrollment Navigation: Guide students through the admissions and registration process, collect FERPA releases, adjust student statuses in Banner, conduct regular proactive outreach to students, and communicate enrollment progress with partners. Triage students to support services as needed. Ensure all communication is tracked within TargetX. Collaborate with the Academic Advising and Success Coaching teams when needed.·       
Student Records & Success Tracking: Track and maintain status of students throughout their experience within the partnership. Maintain records on enrollment status, payment status, academic progress, and other reporting as requested. Communicate progress to the Manager of Dual Enrollment, Early Middle College, & Special Cohort Partnerships and partners.·       
Partnership Processes: Support the development and refinement of tools and processes that enhance the student and partner experience at WCC. Train internal and external stakeholders on effective implementation and ensure consistent application across programs.·       
Career & Technical Education Outreach: Develop and implement programs that raise awareness of high-demand, high-wage careers in Career and Technical Education (CTE) among current and prospective students. Coordinate initiatives that support CTE Month and Immersion programming. Collaborate with other stakeholders to expand access to CTE opportunities within the local community and K–12 districts.
Related Duties:
·       Utilize databases, reports, and dashboards within CRM tools to maintain accurate records and reporting.·       Implement early alert check-ins to monitor and communicate students’ academic progress for all students.·       Collaborate to maintain regularly published communications with partners, students, and parents through newsletters, websites, or other electronic formats.·       Develop enrollment packets, orientation materials, success materials, presentations, and marketing materials.·       Support all Enrollment Management and Student Experience areas through special projects and committees.·       Keep the Manager of Dual Enrollment, Early Middle College, & Special Cohort Partnerships apprised of all activities supporting college partnership efforts.·       Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. 
Hours/Schedule: This is a full-time salary position expected to work within regular business hours. Some evenings and weekends will be required.
Work Environment:
Office environment with some travel required to visit secondary schools and community partners. This position is identified as
Work from Home eligible up to two (2) days per week, based on determination that essential duties can, 1) be performed outside of the worksite, 2) be performed without access to equipment, material, and files located on campus,  3) be performed without face to face contact with supervisor, students or staff, and 4) be performed remotely with an overall neutral effect on students, co-workers, and the organization as a whole. 
Physical Demands: Ability to lift 30 pounds to carry materials needed for recruitment fairs and activities.

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Bachelor’s degree. An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered. Minimum of 1 year of experience in program management or support, preferably in higher education. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for maintaining relationships with partners, parents, and students. Strong presentation and public speaking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive) and other relevant software. Strong organizational and time management skills to oversee various coordination tasks. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve student success. Ability to manage and maintain student records with confidentiality and a high level of attention to detail. Ability to travel to local high schools and other community sites as needed. Personal transportation required. Available to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends as needed.
