JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Part Time, Fully Remote: Communication and Marketing Coordinator 
Job Overview 
The Piazza Center is seeking a proactive and creative Communication and Marketing Coordinator for 7-10 hours a week to enhance our outreach and engagement efforts. This role will focus on developing and executing effective communication strategies, including promotions and marketing, social media engagement, and data dissemination to promote the center's initiatives. 
  
Key Responsibilities 
  • Promoting Assessment Services: Develop and schedule regular sales communication with a focus on action periods and survey timelines to drive engagement and participation. 
  • Social Media Engagement: Create and post engaging content on LinkedIn and Facebook to increase visibility and connect with our audience.
  • Informational Updates: Regularly distribute findings and updates showcasing the center's data and activities to keep stakeholders informed. Coordinate the design and share infographics that effectively communicate key information to students and members. 
  • Website Management: Update and manage website content to ensure it remains current and informative. 
  • Editing Guides: Facilitate content teams, create, and edit guidelines for communication materials to ensure consistency and clarity. 
  
Required Competencies
  • Experience with marketing surveys and data analysis. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in website updates and management.  
  • Familiarity with Constant Contact and other marketing tools. 
  
Qualifications 
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
Previous experience in a communication or marketing role preferred. 
Ability to work collaboratively in an online, team-oriented environment.
