Highlights

Manage and maintain records for over 450 unique subaward accounts, including processing agreements and modifications.
Perform accounting functions related to subawards with expenditures of $41 million in FY25.
Ensure accuracy of subrecipient invoicing and approve payments in compliance with federal, state, and private regulations.
Analyze and monitor subaward budgets to ensure compliance with granting agency requirements.
Support development and enforcement of fiscal policies for subaward processes.
Assist with training and outreach on OSP Subaward policies and procedures.
Provide management of subrecipient registration requirements in SAM.gov and maintain communication templates.
Serve as liaison between the OSP Subaward team and Montana State University central offices including Business Services and Procurement.
Required skills include experience with administrative and accounting principles, proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and database management.
Preferred qualifications include experience using Banner software and familiarity with OMB Uniform Guidance Circular and externally funded research grants management.
Salary range: $22.572 - $28.215 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Must hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management or related field or equivalent experience.
