The Computer Specialist provides system-level and client support for all hardware and software systems in the College, including installation, configuration, and maintenance for both Windows and Mac OS. Supported systems include faculty and staff workstations and laptops, student workstations, IT-rich labs, and other equipment across the College of Arts & Sciences, its departments, and affiliates.
The role requires work experience demonstrating computer hardware, software, and networking skills, along with knowledge of operating systems and internet skills.
An Associate's degree in computer science or a related field plus two years of IT support experience, including experience with both Mac and Windows software and hardware technologies, is required (equivalent education/experience considered). Posted salary is $18.50/hr minimum.
