We are looking for a Content Developer for our Higher Education business in Noida who will be working closely with several internal and external stakeholders, including authors and subject matter experts, to implement the product vision strategy and develop a diverse range of competitive, reputable, and financially viable print and digital products.

This role is a one-year contractual position, offering a focused opportunity to contribute to key projects while gaining valuable hands-on experience.

How are you creating an impact?
You will ensure that our content stays current through ongoing curation and acquisition aligned with business objectives and product roadmaps. You will understand the learning capabilities of our products and platforms and advocate for them across teams and key stakeholders. You will also procure and commission content from authors and subject matter experts and coordinate with internal teams to drive the successful development of top-of-the-line products.

What will you be doing?

Strategic & Competitive Product Development
  • Build strong relationships with authors and SMEs and stay updated on competitor products.
  • Share regular progress updates with stakeholders and align them on key benchmarks.
  • Use customer insights to guide product strategy, enhancements, and market fit.
  • Ensure timely updates and maintenance to keep products relevant and competitive.

Project Management
  • Deliver products on time by meeting all production and launch milestones.
  • Coordinate with pre-press and manufacturing teams for smooth execution.
  • Onboard and manage authors/SMEs, ensuring high-quality and aligned content.
  • Oversee multiple projects efficiently and maintain accurate schedules and documentation.

Market Focus & Sales Support
  • Keep portfolio and marketing teams informed and address concerns proactively.
  • Support sales with required product information and resources.
  • Convert market feedback into actionable improvements for future editions.
  • Manage and resolve corrections on live products promptly.

Digital & Innovative Practices
  • Lead print-to-digital transitions and coordinate digital releases.
  • Contribute to digital transformation by sharing insights and recommending improvements.
  • Adopt new technologies and refine workflows to enhance digital product development.

We are looking for someone with:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in publishing, education, technology, or related fields, with exposure to content development, instructional design, and publishing workflows
  • Strong creative problem-solving abilities and a solutions-oriented approach
  • Clear, articulate communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Tech-savvy, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in MS Office
