Training Content Developer

Atlanta, Georgia - 2025-12-17

The Customer Education team is seeking a skilled Training Content Developer or Learning Experience Designer to create engaging, effective learning experiences for our customer’s healthcare workforce management software. This role transforms training strategy into
high-impact eLearning, video content, simulations, and live training materials that drive customer adoption and satisfaction. The position is highly collaborative and customer-facing, working closely with SMEs, Instructional Designers, and cross-functional teams.

TRAINING CONTENT DEVELOPERS AT TSP TYPICALLY HAVE THE FOLLOWING JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop high-quality training materials including eLearning modules, video tutorials, interactive simulations, and scenario-based learning using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, and Adobe Captivate
  • Partner with Senior Instructional Designer to translate training objectives into engaging, instructionally sound materials
  • Design and maintain customer-facing training content and certification materials
  • Build immersive learning assets for live virtual training sessions
  • Administer the Customer Education Learning Management System and support enrollments, reporting, content updates & deployment
  • Work cross-functionally with Subject Matter Experts to ensure training accuracy and alignment with the client's product features & functionality
  • Continuously refine training assets based on learner feedback, performance data, and customer insights
  • Occasionally facilitate virtual sessions to model best practices and gather real-world input from users.

  • Ability to design hands-on exercises and scenarios that can be used directly in a customer’s live environment

  • Comfortable using training analytics, learner feedback, and KPIs to improve content effectiveness
  • Strong quality mindset with the ability to update, refine, and iterate quickly

THE IDEAL PERSON FOR THIS ROLE WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE SUCH AS:
  • 3+ years of experience in training content development, instructional design, or eLearning development (SaaS or healthcare preferred)
  • Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, SnagIt, and similar tools
  • Experience with LMS administration and SCORM standards.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM)
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder collaboration, and project management skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment
