About Panorama:
Panorama Education is a technology company building the leading platform for student insight and action in K-12. We help modern school systems understand what students need and take effective action. By bringing together academics, attendance, behavior, and engagement data with AI, we give educators the full picture of every student and the intelligence to decide what to do next. As a mission-driven company supporting 15 million students in 2,000 districts nationwide, the work we do has a direct line to student outcomes every day. Join us and help shape what education looks like for the next generation.
About the Role:
Panorama is looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our Brand team and drive two high-impact parts of our content strategy: the events where K-12 district and state leaders gather—whether Panorama is hosting or presenting—and editorial content that moves our prospects and customers from awareness to action.
This role sits at the intersection of event content and thought leadership content. A meaningful portion of your time will be spent developing content for webinars, conferences, customer events, and summits. You'll also own editorial content that keeps Panorama's ideas in market and moves our audience down the funnel, developing content for various solution and product areas and building systems that turn event content into blogs, newsletters, and campaigns.
Requirements
What You'll Do:
- Event Content Execution: Own the content experience for Panorama's events across industry conferences, virtual events/webinars, and customer meet-ups—from presentation development and speaker sourcing to run-of-show execution. Ensure that event content aligns with business goals, campaigns, and thought leadership strategy.
- Proposal Management: Craft and manage conference speaking proposals, including session titles, abstracts, learning objectives, and supporting materials.
- Speaker Management: Identify, build, and maintain a strong pipeline of internal speakers and customer speakers; prepare speakers with talk tracks, messaging guidance, and presentation coaching.
- Content Repurposing: Build systems to extend event content beyond the event itself—turning sessions into blog posts, newsletter features, video and social clips, and sales enablement that create durable value.
- Full-Funnel Content Ownership: Lead editorial content strategy and production for designated solution areas across the blog, ebooks, research reports, lead gen magnets, and case studies.
- Thought Leadership Content: Partner closely with executives, senior subject matter experts, and customers to develop and shape ideas. Translate their expertise into polished, engaging content for events, webinars, the blog, LinkedIn, and more.
- Editorial Calendar and Planning: Own the content calendar for your areas, keeping work on track and stakeholders aligned across teams.
- Content Systems and Reporting: Establish scalable event content presentation templates, review processes, and SLAs that drive efficiency, consistency, and quality. Build content reporting that tracks performance and surfaces insights to improve strategy.
What we’re looking for:
- 3-5 Years Experience: You have a background in B2B content marketing, with dedicated experience in both event programming and editorial strategy.
- Deep Familiarity with K-12 Education: Experience working in education at the school, district, or state level is strongly preferred. This context is essential to developing content that resonates with the leaders we serve.
- Exceptional Writer and Editor: You're a writer and storyteller at the core, with a diverse portfolio of content work across webinars, conference sessions, executive keynotes, blogs, ebooks, case studies, and more. Please share presentation and writing samples in your application.
- Visual Storytelling Instincts: Strong visual storytelling instincts, with experience shaping slide design and partnering with designers and videographers to create clean, impactful presentations and other content assets.
- SEO and GEO Fluency: You understand how traditional and AI-driven search shapes content strategy. You write with discoverability in mind and know how to optimize content without letting it get in the way of good writing.
- Strategic Thinker, Executional Doer: You can develop an integrated content strategy and then make it real—briefing, writing, editing, and shipping across formats. You connect content decisions to brand awareness, pipeline, and revenue goals.
- Strong Presence: You're comfortable working directly with senior leaders, with excellent verbal communication skills and sound professional judgment.
- More Than Just AI Curious: You're already using AI tools to work faster and smarter, or actively building that muscle. You know where AI accelerates work and where it doesn't replace human judgment.
- High Capacity and High Standards: You manage multiple workstreams with speed and minimal oversight, hold yourself to a quality bar without being asked, and lean into ambitious goals
