Job Summary  | Provides essential administrative and operational support to department residency and fellowship programs. This role assists with recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day coordination to ensure smooth program delivery and compliance with institutional and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities 
1. Supports daily operations of residency and fellowship programs and coordinates related activities.
2. Assists in developing and implementing program goals, objectives, and timelines.
3. Participates in recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and communicating with applicants.
4. Coordinates onboarding processes for new residents and fellows, ensuring compliance with institutional requirements.
5. Monitors program compliance with accreditation standards and institutional policies.
6. Maintains program records, databases, and documentation related to trainees and program activities.
7. Prepares reports and summaries for program leadership and accrediting bodies.
8. Communicates with faculty, staff, and trainees regarding program policies, schedules, and updates.
9. Organizes meetings, orientations, and educational events in collaboration with program leadership.

Minimum Qualifications  | Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience), plus one year of directly related experience

Demonstrated ability to work independently, analyze and make decisions related to program content. Strong coordination and organizational skills required to prioritize conflicting deadlines. Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills are also required.
