Ability to occasionally work evenings, weekends and travel (possible overnight) as needed.
Preferred Qualifications | Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Work experience with recruiting and customer experience assessment. Ability to use customer relationship management (CRM) databases. Work experience as a higher education professional. Experience with sales systems and processes.
Job Description | Under the direction of the Associate Dean for Graduate Programs, responsible for creating and implementing a strategic recruiting plan and programs to increase the number of applications for admissions and likelihood of enrollment in McCoy College of Business graduate programs. Recruiting activities will support all business graduate programs, taking into consideration the priorities of each program and the graduate program coordinators. The McCoy College Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for both on-and off-campus events and will serve as a primary point of contact for prospective graduate students, emphasizing the value of McCoy College graduate programs. The Recruiting Coordinator will guide prospective students through the application process, beginning with initial inquiry, following the application process and finishing with first term enrollment. Particular emphasis is placed in increasing registration yield (the ratio of accepted to enrolled students).
Job Duties | Collaborate with the associate dean, faculty program coordinators, and staff to develop a comprehensive recruitment plan, including application and enrollment goals, targeted outreach to pipeline universities, and data-informed strategies based on market demographics. Create and manage a recruitment schedule, including on- and off-campus events, aligned with academic calendars and application deadlines to increase awareness and interest in McCoy College graduate programs. Plan, schedule, and host graduate program information sessions for prospective students, both in-person and virtually. Engage and nurture prospective students throughout the recruitment funnel, with timely follow-up and personalized outreach to maximize application yield and enrollment conversion.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all prospective students interested in McCoy College graduate programs. Generate analytics and customized reports to assess and monitor the progress of recruitment efforts. Present reports to associate dean, program coordinators, graduate staff, and other stakeholders. Regularly evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with graduate program coordinators to ensure recruitment efforts align with departmental and college goals. Manage all graduate programs recruiting workflows using customer relationship management databases (CRM). In coordination with the McCoy College marketing and communications team, manage and track an inventory of high-quality promotional and marketing items which elevates the McCoy College brand to prospective and incoming students. Perform other duties as assigned.
