The Coordinator for Engineering Career Services Systems, Communications, and Administration is an integral member of the Engineering Career Services (ECS) team, responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating technical infrastructure, and coordinating communications for the office. This role operates with a high degree of independence, exercising discretion and judgment in the development, interpretation, and implementation of departmental policies, processes, and initiatives. The Coordinator's decisions directly influence the operational efficiency, program effectiveness, and priorities of the Clark School of Engineering, impacting students, staff, and senior leadership initiatives.
Physical Demands: Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must have the ability to travel short distances to deliver and pick up materials. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience: One (1) year of professional secretarial, clerical, coordinator, or administrative experience.
Other: Additional work experience as defined above may be substituted on a year for year basis for up to four (4) years of the required education.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record-keeping.
Skill in oral and written communication.
Skill in the use of Microsoft Office products.
Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments.
Additional Job Details
Preferences:
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Info Science, Higher Ed, or related field
2 Years of experience in Higher Education, Administrative/data analytics
Experience with CRM Systems (e.g. Symplicity or Handshake)
Experience with Canva
Experience with Social Media
Experience with FileMaker, Power Bi, Qualtrics, Tableau, TerraDotta
Experience with Concur/Workday/SIS
Google Workspace
