| Job Summary | Troy University is seeking a dynamic and student-focused professional to join the Office of Student Engagement and Leadership. The Coordinator of Student Engagement and Leadership will play a key role in supporting and enhancing student engagement and leadership through the administration of campus organizations and leadership initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

| Minimum Qualifications | 1. Bachelor’s degree 2. Minimum of three years experience developing and implementing college student programs - OR equivalent combination of education and experience 3. Experience in student personnel or student services 4. Demonstrated competence and commitment to diversity 5. Available to work nights and weekends events when needed |
| Preferred Qualifications | 1. Master’s degree 2. Minimum of one year of professional experience working with college groups to provide advising 3. Program planning and leadership development experience with student organizations. 4. Experience working with sororities and fraternities and knowledge of fraternity and sorority membership processes 5. Knowledge of student development theory 6. Strong writing skills 7. Attention to detail 8. Ability to multi-task 9. Experience with diverse populations 10. Knowledge and skill with database management, spreadsheets, word processing, desktop publishing, web design, social media |
