Posting Title: Coordinator of Undergraduate Academic Services Overview: 
The Coordinator of Undergraduate Academic Services serves as the administrative support for the Office of the Vice Provost and Dean of Undergraduate Studies, as well as the coordinator of undergraduate student services with University faculty, staff, and students. The Coordinator is often the first point of contact between the Undergraduate Studies office and the Office of the Provost, deans of the various schools, department chairs, administrative assistants, various University offices and their staffs, including Human Resources, Admissions, Enrollment Services, Enrollment Management, and Student Financial Assistance, and with undergraduate students across the 9 applicable schools/colleges. 
 
The Coordinator will direct the work of undergraduate work study students, graduate work study students, graduate fellows/assistants, and other staff members in the Office of the Vice Provost and Dean of Undergraduate Studies. 

Responsibilities: 
Performs a variety of complex and confidential administrative support duties, including scheduling meetings between the Vice Provost and students, faculty members, staff members, and University committees, and manages the calendar of the Vice Provost and Dean of Undergraduate Studies. 
 
Collects, compiles, and analyzes complex data and information to produce various reports. 
 
Coordinate functions of the Undergraduate Studies offices, including Freshman Convocation, Honors Convocation, and commencement events.
 
Supports the Vice Provost and Dean of Undergraduate Studies and the Assistant Director for Transfer Credit in processing and posting transfer credit
Coordinates office projects by developing project plans and schedules.
 
Updates and keep current student academic information in Cardinal Students.
 
Generate periodic reports on undergraduate enrollment, academic progress, and statistics for the Vice Provost and Dean of Undergraduate Studies and others as directed.
Monitors expenditures and encumbrances against organizational budgets and researches and resolves discrepancies.
 
Monitors the Undergraduate Studies email account and website. 
 
Serve as an administrative support liaison with other departments regarding issues related to purchasing, human resources, facilities, and operations.
 
Serve as a liaison between the Vice Provost and Dean of Undergraduate Studies, the deans of the various schools of the University, University administrative offices, departmental offices, and undergraduate students.
 
Execute other fiduciary and administrative responsibilities as requested by the Vice Provost and Dean of Undergraduate Studies
Supervise student workers as required.
 
Assist with specific administrative tasks as necessary, and perform other special projects and other duties as assigned. Qualifications: 
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of three to five years of relevant experience is preferred.
