Job Summary  | Coordinates operations of mobile campus and technology loan program and resolves escalated problems and inquiries of stakeholders. Provides support and escalation services to ensure remediation to urgent classroom technology issues. Maintains operational efficiency of equipment. Participates in budgetary planning, monitoring, and reporting. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications  | High school diploma, GED or state recognized equivalent. Two (2) years of experience in IT Desktop Support, with the loan management system, supporting applications e.g., Windows 10 & 11, Apple macOS, Adobe, MS Office, and other enterprise application suites.
Preferred Qualifications  | ITIL Foundations v4, Microsoft, macOS, or other security, technical, or service certification(s). Two (2) years of technical leadership or supervisory experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)  | Knowledge of inventory management, managing incidents through ticketing tracking systems, utilizing remote support software, e.g., TeamViewer to resolve end user problems. Excellent interpersonal skills, “Customer Focus” attitude, and ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong public speaking and presentation skills, and ability to effectively communicate change. Skilled in project management, problem-solving, analysis, follow-through, influence, and persuasion. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships and work as an individual contributor and an effective team player, in addition to being highly organized, self-directed, and forward-thinking. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
