Sparus is seeking a dynamic and engaging Corporate Trainer/Facilitator to deliver high-impact learning experiences that empower employees across all levels of the organization. This role supports Sparus University’s live and virtual training offerings and helps translate learning content into actionable knowledge and applied behaviors on the job.

Important:
This is a remote position that requires up to 50% travel to deliver training at office and field locations.

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver live instructor-led training (ILT) and virtual instructor-led training (vILT) using learner-centered, engaging facilitation techniques.
  • Facilitate sessions across multiple levels of the organization, tailoring delivery to audience needs and experience levels.
  • Foster an inclusive learning environment that promotes participation, collaboration, and retention.
  • Provide real-time coaching and support to learners to reinforce concepts and build confidence.
  • Partner with instructional designers and subject matter experts (SMEs) to align on goals and prepare for effective delivery.
  • Use technology platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Adobe Connect) to enhance virtual learning experiences.
  • Monitor attendance, assess comprehension through activities/knowledge checks, and provide input for course improvements.
  • Support onboarding sessions and ongoing training rollouts.
  • Travel up to 50% to support training delivery and program execution.

What You’ll Bring (Required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 2+ years of experience facilitating corporate or adult learning programs (in-person and/or virtual).
  • Strong facilitation skills, public speaking ability, and comfort managing group dynamics.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and interactive facilitation methods.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and virtual platforms such as Microsoft
  • Teams and/or Adobe Connect.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting corporate, utility, or field-based environments.
  • Exposure to blended learning models and instructional design concepts.
  • Familiarity with LMS systems and training logistics.
