Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)  | Bachelor’s degree and one to three years related experience required. Effective verbal and written communication skills required. Effective math and computation skills, including knowledge of Excel required. Effective organization and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work required. Ability to work independently required. Demonstrated ability to interact with a wide variety of people on sensitive issues required. Demonstrated ability to manage and follow through on multiple tasks simultaneously required. Ability to meet deadlines required.
